With 20 years of experience in the field of counselling and psychotherapy, Gareth has worked with hundreds of individuals, adults and children, as well as families and groups. He has trained in and studied a wide range of therapies, such as mindfulness, person-centred counselling, acceptance and commitment therapy, process work, emotion-focused therapy and compassion-focused therapy.
